Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to Zelus Print. These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through our website, by email, by phone, through an invoice or payment link, or directly with our team.

By placing an order, submitting payment, approving a digital proof, or authorizing production, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies published on our website.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Zelus Print.

Payment requirements may vary depending on the size, type, and complexity of the project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment may be required before production begins.

For certain large, custom, or special-order projects, Zelus Print may require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before pickup, delivery, shipping, or installation.

An order is not considered ready for production until all required items have been received, including applicable payment, final artwork, confirmed specifications, and written proof approval.

Prices and quotations are subject to change until the order is confirmed. Applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery, installation, design services, artwork preparation, rush service, and other services may be charged separately unless specifically included in the written quotation.

Custom Orders

Most products produced by Zelus Print are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Because custom products are produced specifically for each customer, correctly produced custom products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect quantity selected by the customer, or an error contained in customer-supplied or approved artwork.

Quotations and Estimates

Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of the request. Changes to quantity, size, material, finishing, artwork condition, installation requirements, delivery method, or turnaround time may change the final price.

A quote does not reserve production capacity or guarantee a completion date until the order is confirmed.

Artwork and File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork suitable for production.

PDF is generally the preferred file format. Artwork should be prepared at the correct size or proportion, include required bleed, maintain appropriate safe areas, use suitable image resolution, and include properly prepared cut paths or specialty layers when required.

Files that are incomplete, incorrectly sized, low-resolution, corrupted, or otherwise unsuitable for production may require additional design or artwork preparation services at an additional charge.

Zelus Print may notify customers of obvious issues discovered during file review but is not responsible for identifying every possible error in customer-supplied artwork.

Digital Proofs and Approval

When a digital proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all information before approval.

This includes spelling, names, phone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, QR codes, prices, dates, addresses, dimensions, orientation, layout, image placement, cut lines, quantities, and finishing specifications.

Approval of a digital proof authorizes Zelus Print to proceed with production.

Zelus Print is not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof or contained in customer-supplied artwork.

Proof approval must be provided in writing, including by email or another approved electronic communication method.

Color Accuracy

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may differ from printed colors.

Digital proofs are intended primarily to show layout, placement, content, and general appearance. Unless a physical color proof or specific color-matching service has been ordered and confirmed in writing, a digital proof is not a guarantee of exact printed color.

Reasonable color variation caused by screen calibration, RGB-to-CMYK conversion, different printing technologies, inks, toners, materials, coatings, lamination, or lighting conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If color matching is critical, the customer must notify Zelus Print before production.

Intellectual Property and Customer Content

The customer represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce all logos, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, text, designs, and other materials submitted to Zelus Print.

Zelus Print is not responsible for determining ownership of customer-submitted content.

Zelus Print reserves the right to refuse a project when there is a reasonable concern regarding legality, intellectual-property rights, safety, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or other legitimate business considerations.

Design Services and Source Files

Printing charges and original design-service charges are separate unless the quotation specifically states otherwise.

Payment for printing does not automatically include editable design files, working files, source files, fonts, licensed stock assets, or other production resources.

The deliverables for paid design services will be based on the applicable quotation or written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zelus Print will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from delays, customer-approved errors, customer-supplied files, third-party carrier delays, or use of the finished products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

Because most Zelus Print products are custom-made, our cancellation and refund policies depend on the production status of the order.

Before Production Begins

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If an order is canceled before design work, prepress preparation, proof preparation, material purchasing, outsourcing, printing, cutting, finishing, or other production work has begun, Zelus Print may issue a refund.

Non-refundable payment-processing fees or costs already incurred may be deducted where permitted by law and applicable payment-provider rules.

After Work Has Begun

If design work, prepress preparation, proofing, material purchasing, outsourcing, printing, cutting, finishing, or other work has already begun, the customer may be responsible for work completed and costs incurred before cancellation.

After Production Begins

Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be canceled or refunded.

Correctly produced custom products cannot be returned because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, ordered the wrong quantity, or approved incorrect information.

Claims and Production Errors

Customers should inspect orders promptly after pickup or delivery.

If you believe your order has a production defect or was produced incorrectly, contact Zelus Print as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video when appropriate.

Zelus Print must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected products.

If we confirm that an order was produced incorrectly because of a Zelus Print production error, we may, depending on the circumstances, reprint or repair the affected products, issue store credit, provide a partial refund, or offer another reasonable remedy.

Zelus Print is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork or approved proofs.

Shipping, Delivery and Pickup Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

Production Turnaround

Production turnaround begins after all required payment, final artwork, order specifications, and proof approvals have been received.

Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed deadline has been confirmed by Zelus Print in writing.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or days when Zelus Print is closed.

Production schedules may be affected by material availability, equipment issues, supplier delays, finishing requirements, customer changes, shipping delays, weather, power interruptions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Rush Orders

Same-day, next-day, and other expedited services may be available for selected products.

Rush orders are subject to production capacity and may require additional fees. Rush service must be confirmed by Zelus Print.

Pickup Orders

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup based only on an estimated completion time unless you have received confirmation that the order is ready.

Customers are responsible for using an appropriate vehicle to transport large signs, rigid panels, banners, displays, and oversized products safely.

Zelus Print is not responsible for damage caused by improper customer transportation, folding, bending, rolling, loading, securing, or storage after pickup.

Orders left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are separate from production turnaround times.

Once an order has been transferred to a third-party carrier, carrier delays are outside Zelus Print's direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempt, address correction, redelivery, or return shipment may be charged to the customer.

Visible shipping damage should be photographed immediately and reported promptly.

Installation

Installation is not included unless specifically listed in the quotation, order confirmation, or invoice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the installation location, measurements, surface type, site access, building rules, and other relevant conditions.

Additional charges may apply when actual site conditions differ materially from the information originally provided.

Gift Card Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

Zelus Print gift cards may be used toward eligible Zelus Print products and services.

Gift cards purchased through our website are delivered electronically and include a unique gift card code.

Online Orders

For eligible orders placed directly through the Zelus Print website, customers may enter their gift card code during checkout.

Custom Orders

For custom orders placed by phone, email or directly with our team, Zelus Print will apply the requested amount from the customer's available gift card balance to the order.

The customer may be asked to provide or confirm the gift card code.

Remaining Balance

Any unused gift card balance will remain available for future eligible purchases.

If the order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the customer must pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

Expiration

Zelus Print gift cards do not expire.

Refunds and Cash Redemption

Gift cards are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Customers should keep gift card codes secure and contact Zelus Print if they believe a code has been compromised.
